Sansteel Mingguang stated at the performance briefing on May 14 that the capacity replacement and ultra-low emissions transformation have entered the final stage. In addition to the capacity replacement project of the Quanzhou Mingguang steelmaking and supporting engineering, which is still under construction, other capacity replacement projects have been basically completed and put into operation. After 2025, the capital expenditure for new construction will significantly decrease.
