Henan's foreign trade hit a record high in the first four months of this year, with exports of mechanical and electrical products increasing by nearly seventy percent.

In the first four months of this year, Henan's foreign trade imports and exports reached 2757.7 billion yuan, setting a new high for the same period in previous years. Among them, the export performance of electromechanical products was outstanding. According to statistics from Zhengzhou Customs, in the first four months of this year, Henan's foreign trade imports and exports increased by 30% year-on-year. Among them, exports were 187.95 billion yuan, imports were 87.82 billion yuan, and the trade surplus was 100.13 billion yuan, more than double the previous amount. Nearly sixty percent of the imports and exports were conducted through processing trade and bonded logistics.
