Chinatimes Financial News App reports that Beijing Holdings (00392) announced on May 14, 2025 that the company, as the guarantor and its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Holdings Asset Management Co., Ltd. (as the borrower), signed a letter of regular loan financing with a bank, in which: the loan financing amount does not exceed RMB 3 billion, and the loan financing period does not exceed 3 years. The loan proceeds will be used for the general working capital needs of the company and its subsidiaries.
