Guanghua Stock (001333.SZ): Guangfu Qichen plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 3%

Zhixun Finance APP, Guanghua Shares (001333.SZ) issued an announcement that Hangzhou Guangfu Qichen Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Guangfu Qichen"), a shareholder holding 3.22% of the shares, plans to reduce its total holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (i.e. from June 7, 2025 to September 6, 2025), not exceeding 3,840,000 shares (3% of the total share capital of the company).
