Ministry of Science and Technology signs a memorandum of understanding with Brazil's Ministry of Science and Innovation to jointly establish a technology transfer center.

On the 13th, Minister of Science and Technology Yin Hejun and Minister of Science and Innovation of Brazil Luciana Santos signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on the Co-construction of Technology Transfer Center between the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Science and Innovation of the Federative Republic of Brazil". According to the memorandum, both sides will jointly establish the China-Brazil Technology Transfer Center and the Brazil Branch of the China-Latin America and Caribbean Technology Transfer Center on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. The center will organize various forms of technology transfer cooperation according to the needs of both parties; create a cooperative environment conducive to intellectual property protection through sharing management experience and exchanging best practices; promote the internationalization of startups, support capacity building, and promote technological innovation and entrepreneurship.
