*ST Guangdao: Minmetals Securities plans to take the lead in setting up a special fund for advance compensation with a total scale of approximately 2.2 billion yuan in cooperation with related parties.

On May 14, *ST Guangdao announced that on May 13, 2025, the company received a "Declaration" from Minmetals Securities Co., Ltd. After preliminary calculation, Minmetals Securities plans to lead the joint establishment of a special fund of approximately 220 million yuan to compensate eligible investors for investment losses suffered due to illegal information disclosure by *ST Guangdao. Subsequent work will be carried out in accordance with the law and regulations.
