Zhongjian Technology Announcement: Huatai Investment, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, transferred its 22.393 million shares of unrestricted tradable shares to Sinopec Capital at a transfer price of 29.12 yuan per share, with a total price of 652 million yuan. The transfer agreement has been approved by China Petrochemical Corporation and the transfer registration has been completed. This share transfer still requires confirmation from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for compliance and China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation to handle the transfer registration.
