Guangge Technology announced that the shareholder Keystone Venture, holding more than 5% of the company's shares, reduced its holding of 1.171 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.77% of the total share capital. After this equity change, Keystone Venture's holding of the company's shares decreased from 4.471 million shares to 3.3 million shares, and its shareholding ratio decreased from 6.77% to 5.00%.
