Liaogang Corporation: Chairman Wang Zhixian resigned due to retirement age.

Liaogang Co., Ltd. announced on the evening of May 14th that, as Wang Zhixian has reached the statutory retirement age, he has requested to resign from the positions of chairman of the board of directors, executive director, chairman of the strategic and sustainable development committee, as well as member of the nomination and remuneration committee.
