According to the Zhixintong Finance APP, Pfizer (PFE.US) has issued Euro bonds for the first time in seven years, joining the trend of reverse Yankee bond issuances. Informed sources revealed that the pharmaceutical company is seeking to raise at least 2 billion euros (2.2 billion US dollars) through the issuance of 4-year, 7-year, 12-year, and 20-year senior unsecured bonds. The last time the company issued Euro bonds was in March 2017.
