Finance News from Wisdom Financial App, AB InBev Asia Pacific (01876) announced that Mr. Ricardo Tadeu will be appointed as a non-executive director of the company starting from May 15, 2025. Ms. Katherine Barrett will be transferred from a non-executive director to Mr. Cheng Yanjun, Mr. Deng Mingxiao, Mr. Nelson Jamel, and Mr. Ricardo Tadeu as alternate directors; Mr. John Blood and Mr. David Almeida will no longer serve as alternate directors for Ms. Barrett, and have been appointed as alternate directors for Mr. Cheng Yanjun and Mr. Ricardo Tadeu (except for Mr. Deng Mingxiao and Mr. Nelson Jamel).
