According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Hubei Xia Wang New Materials Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhu Yi as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes new material technology research and development, paper manufacturing, paper product manufacturing, and paper product sales. Equity penetration through Enterprise Check shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhejiang Xia Wang Paper Co., Ltd., which is jointly owned by Xianhe Group and Xia Tech Europe Corporation.
