According to the Qichacha app, recently, Delian Automotive Co., Ltd. was established with Yang Juling as the legal representative and a registered capital of 200 million yuan. Its business scope includes: research and development of automotive parts; manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories; sales of new energy vehicles; automobile sales; sales of new energy vehicle accessories; sales of charging piles; battery manufacturing, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Chery Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd.
