Company that helped 700 live streamers evade taxes becomes the subject of enforcement actions.

According to the legal litigation information from Tianyancha, on May 13th, Huizhou Gaofushuai Culture Media Co., Ltd. and Huizhou Zhongcheng Culture Media Co., Ltd. added a new record of an executed person, with an execution target of over 141,000 yuan, and the executing court is the Huizhou Huicheng District People's Court. Huizhou Gaofushuai Culture Media Co., Ltd. was established in April 2015, with Lin Fan as the legal representative, a registered capital of 10 million RMB, and its business scope includes cultural and artistic exchange event planning, marketing planning, performance brokerage, etc., jointly held by Lin Jing and Lin Fan. According to previous reports by the media, the company used shell companies to issue 1,196 fake invoices totaling 226 million RMB, evading personal income taxes of over 32 million RMB for more than 700 anchors, and the company itself underpaid taxes totaling approximately 21 million RMB. In March of this year, the company was fined over 42.68 million RMB by the Inspection Bureau of the Huizhou Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation.
