Kemet lithography gas products have obtained certification as a qualified supplier from a Japanese company.

Kemekt introduced on May 14th, that its holding subsidiary Yueyang Kemekt Electronic Special Rare Gas Co., Ltd. received a letter of certification as a qualified supplier from GIGAPHOTON Co., Ltd. in Japan for its photolithography gas products.
