Former Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Cai Suchang, is under investigation.

The website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the National Supervisory Commission reported on May 14th that, according to the Shaanxi Discipline Inspection Commission, Cai Suchang, former deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Shaanxi Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission.
