(01543.HK) announced that the board of directors has passed a resolution to propose to the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting for consideration and approval to issue domestic corporate bonds with a total principal amount not exceeding RMB 500 million (including RMB 500 million). The company plans to use all proceeds from the issuance of domestic corporate bonds, after deducting issuance expenses, to repay existing corporate bonds due.
