On the evening of May 13, Tongyou Technology announced that shareholder Yang Yongsong, who holds 8.38% of the shares, plans to reduce his stake in the company by no more than 4.7926 million shares through centralized bidding. Director and Deputy General Manager Yang Jianli, who holds 2.1% of the shares, plans to reduce his stake by no more than 2.5159 million shares.
