Received bomb threat, Charleroi airport in Belgium briefly closed runway.
Due to a bomb threat, air traffic at Charleroi Airport in Belgium was temporarily suspended on the morning of the 13th. It is reported that a flight departing from Faro, Portugal received a bomb threat as it was preparing to land. The flight landed safely at Charleroi Airport around 11 a.m. local time, with security cordons set up around the aircraft and the runway and adjacent highway closed. A total of 12 flights were diverted to other nearby city airports for landing, while around 20 flights were unable to take off.
