Midea Medical, a subsidiary of Midea Group, signs a strategic cooperation memorandum with Brazil's VMI Group.

On May 12th, Wandong Medical, a subsidiary of Midea Medical, officially signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with the Brazilian VMI Group. According to the agreement, the two parties will establish a joint venture in Brazil, focusing on the research and development as well as local production of high-end medical equipment such as MRI, CT, and Cath lab. The joint venture will set up production facilities and research and development centers.
