Luoyang optimizes the criteria for affordable housing purchase.

According to the Housing Center of the Luoyang Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Luoyang has newly revised the subscription conditions for affordable housing. The new revised subscription conditions mainly involve four aspects: in terms of household registration, the requirement for applying families to have a residential household registration in the central urban area of Luoyang for at least 3 years has been adjusted to "having a residential household registration in urban areas of Luoyang for at least 1 year." In terms of housing, the requirement for the average housing construction area per person of the applying family not exceeding 20 square meters has been adjusted to 30 square meters, while still applying the rule that the average construction area for family renovation and capital-raised housing should not exceed 20 square meters. In terms of the age of applicants, the age requirement for single applicants has been adjusted from at least 28 years old to 23 years old, while the rule of not exceeding 70 years old has been eliminated. In terms of industrial and commercial registration, the restriction of "no industrial and commercial registration allowed for applying families" has been adjusted to "allowing applying families to have one individual industrial and commercial registration with a registered capital not exceeding 50,000 yuan." Additionally, the new revised subscription conditions continue to apply the existing rules for applying families regarding income, vehicles, marriage, and preferential families.
