Nuocheng Jianhua: Subsidiary Signs Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement and Research Cooperation Agreement with Westlake University.

Nuocheng Jianhua announced on the evening of May 13th that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Nuocheng Jianhua Medical Technology Co., Ltd., signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" and a "Research Cooperation Agreement" with West Lake University on May 13th. The two parties will establish cooperation in aspects such as innovative drug research and development, platform construction, talent cultivation, and results transformation. According to the agreement, Beijing Nuocheng Jianhua will provide initial funding support for the collaborative innovative drug research and development project, and milestone payments based on project progress, not exceeding a total of 54 million yuan. Dr. Shi Yigong, a non-executive director of the company, is the president of West Lake University, and West Lake University is an affiliated party of the company. The signing of this agreement constitutes a related party transaction.
