The National Development and Reform Commission signed three cooperation agreements with relevant departments in Brazil.

On May 13, 2025, with the joint witness of the heads of state of China and Brazil, Zheng Zhaejie, Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, signed three cooperation documents with relevant departments in Brazil, including the Memorandum of Understanding on the first stage of strategic alignment between the two countries, cooperation in the mining sector, and cooperation in artificial intelligence.
