Junda holdings: Shareholding ratio reduced to below 5%

Jun Da Corporation announced that the information disclosure obligor Su Xianze decreased his shareholding percentage from 6.19% to 4.71% due to changes in the total share capital of the listed company and active reduction of shares, no longer being a shareholder with more than 5% ownership. The reduction method includes block trades and passive dilution of H-share listed shares.
