Zhtng cijng App news, SunPower (00757.HK) announced that on May 13, 2025, Jinzhou SunPower (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) as the borrower, entered into a working capital loan agreement (Loan Agreement) with the bank as the lender. The principal amount of the loan is RMB 100 million, with a loan term of one year. The loan will be available for drawdown by Jinzhou SunPower within fifteen working days from the date of full repayment of the 2024 loan on May 12, 2025. The obligations under the Loan Agreement of Jinzhou SunPower will be provided with corporate guarantees (which may be amended from time to time) and personal guarantees (which may be amended from time to time) by the Company and Mr. Tan Wenhua, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, Executive Director and major shareholder (Mr. Tan) to the bank as guarantors, with a maximum guarantee amount of RMB 120 million. If a new loan or other credit is to be continued after the expiration of the loan term, the corporate guarantee and personal guarantee will remain valid until June 21, 2028.
