China Baoneng: Baoneng City project in Xinjiang resumes work comprehensively

On May 13th, China Baoneng announced that the Xinjiang Baoneng City project, which is the core project of the high-speed railway area in Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone, has resumed full construction. This urban complex, with a total planned construction area of 1.7868 million square meters, started construction in 2014, and the main structure of two super high-rise office buildings was completed in 2020, reaching a height of 288 meters. Liu Jianxiang, the project director of Xinjiang Baoneng Investment Co., Ltd., stated that the current construction focus is on the "commercial Mall" and two super high-rise office buildings. Currently, the installation of construction elevators, the construction of external curtain walls, and the roofing skylights are steadily progressing.
