According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, ClearMedi (01406.HK) recently announced that the company has received a complaint letter accusing them of possible exaggeration of their profits in the company's prospectus. The letter also alleges that the company did not disclose in its prospectus the redistribution of dividends paid to certain shareholders among a number of doctors in the past as compensation.
