Jincheng Pharmaceuticals (300233.SZ) signed a licensing and distribution agreement for Estradiol Progesterone Soft Capsules.

The Zhitong Finance APP News announced that Jincheng Pharmaceutical (300233.SZ) recently signed an "Equity License and Distribution Agreement" with Theramex HQ UK Limited ("Theramex"). The two parties have reached a cooperation agreement on the equity license and distribution of Bijuva (the trade name), a combined estrogen and progestin hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for postmenopausal women with estrogen deficiency symptoms in China. Jincheng Pharmaceutical has obtained the exclusive commercialization rights for this product in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
