Yasheng Group announced that its controlling shareholder, Gansu State Farms Group, has acquired a total of 48.8 million shares of the company through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system from November 14, 2024 to May 13, 2025, accounting for 2.51% of the total share capital. The total amount spent on the share acquisition was 147 million RMB. The share acquisition plan has been completed, and the ownership stake of the acquirer has increased from 16.57% to 28.08%.
