The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued a approval on the change of equity of China Orient Asset Management Corporation, approving Central Huijin Investment Limited Company to acquire 488.3 billion shares of China Orient Asset Management Corporation held by the Ministry of Finance. After the acquisition, Central Huijin Investment Limited Company will hold a total of 488.3 billion shares of the company, with a shareholding ratio of 71.55%.
