According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Changsha Ziyanyan Catering Management Co., Ltd. and Changsha Yuanyan Catering Management Co., Ltd. have been established, with Luo Yuqi as the legal representative for both companies. The registered capital for both companies is 1 million RMB, and their business scope includes catering management, brand management, enterprise management consulting, internet sales, packaging materials and products sales, and retail of clothing and accessories. QiChaCha's equity penetration display shows that both companies are indirectly wholly owned by Purple Swallow Food.
