Yingjie Electric has invested in Hangzhou to establish a technology company.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Hangzhou Yingjie Chenran Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Lin Qiang as the legal representative and registered capital of 5 million yuan. The business scope includes: operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure; centralized fast charging stations; sales of electrical equipment, machinery equipment, electronic products, charging piles, and sales of new energy vehicle battery swapping facilities, etc. The equity penetration displayed on Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Yingjie Electric.
