Guo Weixin, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is under investigation.

The website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the National Supervisory Commission reported on May 13th that, according to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Guo Weixin, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws, and is currently under disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
