Firstly, optimize the layout and create a convenient and smooth air transport network. Deepen and implement the "trunk and branch communication, full network connectivity" project, promote the optimization and upgrading of domestic transit service products, improve the quality of international flight operations, and actively expand emerging markets. Secondly, focus on demand to boost the consumption vitality of the civil aviation transportation market. Continuously optimize the supply of civil aviation passenger's characteristic demand services, continuously improve the convenience level of civil aviation passenger travel, and effectively enhance the governance capacity of civil aviation services. Thirdly, strengthen coordination and ensure the guarantee of flight operations during the thunderstorm season. Strengthen dynamic management of flight operations, identify changes accurately, respond scientifically, and actively seek changes, fully and timely share key information; truly integrate the concept of "early action" into the decision-making chain to achieve a rapid response; emphasize the foresight and predictability of work, give high importance to the work of coping with complex weather, and ensure safe, smooth and orderly operations.
