Beikang Biological establishes new subsidiary specializing in biomaterials business.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Shenzhen Meikang Shengde Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Yaotian as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million yuan. Its business scope includes: sales of biological materials; production of second-class medical devices; production of third-class medical devices; and operation of third-class medical devices. The equity penetration of QiChaCha shows that the company is wholly owned by Meikang Biotechnology.
