Chitool Finance APP learned that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange prospectus submitted by Jushuitan Group Limited (referred to as Jushuitan) on November 13, 2024, expired after 6 months on May 13, 2025. At the time of submission, China International Capital Corporation and J.P. Morgan acted as its joint sponsors. This is the third time the company's submission to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has expired.
