According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Zhongke Aike Metal Co., Ltd. was established, with Qin Jian as the legal representative. Its business scope includes manufacturing and sales of metal materials, research and development of new material technology, and providing solar power generation technology services. According to the equity penetration displayed on Enterprise Check, the company is wholly owned by Zhongke Aike Metal Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of *ST Cloud Network.
