On May 12th, local time, the US Department of the Treasury imposed a new round of sanctions related to Iran. It is reported that two individuals and a company in Iran were affected by the sanctions. The US Treasury Department stated that the company is located in the Shamsabad Industrial Zone in Tehran and is engaged in business in sensitive technological areas.
