The Zhitong Finance APP news, Qingcheng China (03900.HK) announced that the Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary Zhou Changjiang will be taking over from Shang Shuchen, to serve as the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal process documents and notifications in Hong Kong according to Section 16 of the Company Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry, effective from May 12, 2025.
