Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) has entered into a financing leasing agreement with Beijing Xingyou Technology.

Intelligence Financial News APP, Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) announced that on May 12, 2025, as the buyer, the company entered into a purchase agreement XIV with the supplier (Taizhou Xingyou Fluid Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.) and the lessee I (Beijing Xingyou Technology Co., Ltd.). Accordingly, the company purchased leasing assets XIV from the supplier for a purchase price of 16.4974 million yuan; and as the lessor, the company entered into a financial leasing agreement XIV with the lessee I, under which the company leased leasing assets XIV to the lessee I for a lease term of 36 months, with a total lease payment of approximately 16.686 million yuan. Leasing asset XIV is a star wheel axial pump lever group.
