Intelligent Power: plan to terminate part of the fund-raising projects and permanently supplement working capital by 329 million yuan

Announcement of Zhidongli: The company held the 27th meeting of the fourth session of the board of directors and the 20th meeting of the fourth session of the supervisory board on May 12, 2025, and approved the proposal to terminate some of the investment projects and permanently supplement the remaining raised funds as working capital. The company agreed to terminate the "Construction Project of Consumer Electronic Structural Parts Vietnam Production Base", "Construction Project of Heat Dissipation Component Vietnam Production Base" and "Reconstruction Project of Zhidongli Consumer Electronic Structural Parts Production Base", and permanently supplement the remaining raised funds totaling 329 million RMB as working capital, accounting for 30.47% of the total raised funds. After the fund transfer is completed, the company will close the relevant raised funds special account. After the closure of the special account, the raised funds supervision agreement signed between the company and the sponsoring institution and the opening bank will also be terminated.
