Tangyuan Electric: Proposed additional fundraising of no more than 864 million yuan

Tangyuan Electric announced that the company plans to issue shares to specific targets, raising funds of up to 864 million yuan, for the development and industrialization projects of intelligent operation and maintenance robots for rail transit, development and industrialization projects of intelligent operation and maintenance AI big models for rail transit, upgrading of marketing and technical service systems, and supplementary working capital.
