Tokyo Central Auction (01939.HK) has appointed Emperor Group Financing and Daoqin Capital as joint independent financial advisors.

The China Economic News APP reported that Tokyo Central Auction (01939.HK) announced that Emperor Entertainment Finance Limited and Daqin Capital Limited have been appointed as joint independent financial advisors by the company to provide advice on the terms of the takeover and acceptance offer to the Independent Directors Committee.
