Yihe Jiaye Announcement: On May 12, 2025, the company signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Shenzhen Hanyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Hanyu Health Technology Co., Ltd. The agreement aims to integrate advantageous resources, build a sleep health ecosystem of "products + equipment" for synergistic development, and jointly explore innovative models for the prevention, treatment, and health management of sleep disorders. The agreement will take effect from the date of signing and sealing and will be valid for five years.
