Know-How Technology: Subsidiary Invests in Key Parts Technology Company Little Craftsman Robotics for Majority Stake

ZhiXing Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in the research and commercialization of robotics, i-MOSTAR Robot, signed a framework agreement for equity transfer with Suzhou Little Craftsman Robot Co., Ltd. i-MOSTAR Robot will invest to acquire a majority stake in Little Craftsman, becoming the controlling shareholder.
