KoRo Electronics: Plans to sign a trademark licensing agreement with Midea Group.

KeLoo Electronics announced that the company plans to sign a "Trademark License Agreement" with its controlling shareholder, Midea Group Co., Ltd. Midea Group will allow the company's licensed products to use Midea Group's licensed trademark in the licensed territory. The license term is three years, and the company will pay a license fee to Midea Group of 0.6% of the sales revenue of the licensed products in the licensed area.
