ZhiXing Technology's subsidiary invested in and acquired a majority stake in the robot key component technology company Small Craftsman Robot.

ZhiXing Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary AIMOXING Robot, which focuses on robot research and commercialization, has signed a framework agreement with Suzhou Xiao Gongjiang Robot Co., Ltd. AIMOXING Robot will invest to acquire a majority stake in Xiao Gongjiang, becoming the controlling shareholder. Xiao Gongjiang Robot is a national high-tech enterprise in the field of robotics in Suzhou, specializing in intelligent integrated joints and customized mechanical arms. It has the design and development capabilities for key components such as motors, reducers, and drivers, and has obtained over 60 related intellectual property rights. Currently, Xiao Gongjiang Robot has developed three intelligent integrated joints that can be used for mass production, with different weights and performances to meet various application scenarios such as humanoid robots, industrial robots, and more.
