ST Microelectronics: Liu Zhaohuai resigns as co-CEO.

ST Infotek announced on May 12 that the Board of Directors recently received the resignation letter of Co-General Manager Liu Zhaohuai. Liu Zhaohuai applied to resign from his position as Co-General Manager of the company for personal reasons. After his resignation, Liu Zhaohuai will continue to serve as a director and Chairman of the company.
