China Shipping Corporation Announcement: Recently, the Board of Directors received Mr. Tao Wu's resignation letter. Mr. Tao Wu resigned from the position of director of the company due to job adjustments, effective from May 12, 2025. According to relevant laws and regulations such as the Company Law, Mr. Tao Wu's resignation did not result in the Board of Directors falling below the statutory minimum number requirement, and will not affect the normal operation of the Board of Directors and the company's normal business operations. On May 12, 2025, the company held the 12th meeting of the fourth session of the Board of Directors and approved the "Proposal on the Election of Company Directors," agreeing to elect Mr. Huang Chuanjing as a candidate for company director, with a term from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting to the expiration of the fourth session of the Board of Directors; and agreeing to submit this proposal for approval by the company's shareholders' meeting.
