Yankuang Energy: Controlling shareholder releases pledge of 210 million shares of A-shares.

Yankuang Energy announced that its controlling shareholder, Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd., has released a pledge of 210 million A-shares, accounting for 2.09% of the total share capital of the company. After this release, Shandong Energy no longer has any pledged A-shares of the company, with the remaining pledged H-shares amounting to 283 million shares, or 2.82% of the total share capital. After the completion of this release of pledge, Shandong Energy currently has no further plans to pledge the company's shares.
